Qurat Clothing Advance Payment Policy

At QC – Qurat Clothing (SMC-Private) Ltd., we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth, reliable shopping experience. However, to reduce the risk of unnecessary returns, cancellations, and fraudulent orders, advance payment will be required in the following cases

  1. 🔹 When Advance Payment is Mandatory

1. Customers with a history of returned orders
2. Order cancellations after booking (customers who confirm orders but later cancel).
3. Frequent changes in confirmed orders (size, product, or color changes after booking).
4. Removing previously booked products and adding new ones repeatedly.
5. Incomplete or unclear addresses, such as:
o Missing house/flat/shop number.
o No organization or building name where applicable.
o Ambiguous location details making delivery difficult.
6. Fake or unverifiable contact details, including:
o Invalid or unreachable phone numbers.
o WhatsApp only – Phone Numbers
7. High-value orders (bulk purchases or unusually large order amounts).
8. Multiple orders in a short time frame from the same customer with inconsistent details.
9. Customers flagged for suspicious activity (e.g., repeated refusal to accept delivery).
10. Auto check QC directory for customer rating.

We still value every customer and understand genuine mistakes can happen. In such cases, our team will review and may allow flexibility, but advance payment will remain a standard requirement in the situations above.
