Return & Exchange Policy – Qurat Clothing

At QC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process under the following terms:

  1. Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all circumstances, including cases of incorrect size, style, print, change of mind, or any other discrepancy.
• We do not provide pickup service; items must be shipped back to our office address.

  1. Processing

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1–2 business days.
• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and quality control reasons:
• Products sold under “Sale” or “Clearance” categories and any which is marked “DEFECTED” before sale.
• Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel, unless sealed, unused, and compliant with hygiene regulations.
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or circumstances beyond QC’s control.
